SimpleQuest and its affiliates ("the Company") are glad you're here at simplequest.com. When we say "Website" in this document, we mean all our online properties and domains. Take a minute to read through these Terms of Service before you start using the site or anything on it. Once you access or use the Website or its services, you're agreeing to follow all the Terms laid out here. Don't agree with something? Then you shouldn't access the Website or download any Content.

OWNERSHIP/RESTRICTIONS ON USE

The Company owns and runs the Website. Everything on it—the content, data, graphics, photographs, images, audio, video, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names and information (all of it together called "Content")—belongs to the Company, its affiliates, and/or third-party licensors. It's all protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You can't modify, copy, reproduce, publish, post, transmit, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works, transfer or sell any Content without getting permission from the Company first. What you can do is download, print and reproduce Content for your own personal use, as long as you keep the copyright notices in there and mention where you got it from. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The Company does its best to keep Website information accurate, but we're not making any promises that everything is current, right, free from errors, or complete. We don't take responsibility for mistakes or missing information on the Website. We can correct, change or update things whenever we want, and we don't have to tell you first.

LINKING

The Website might link to third-party sites that aren't connected to us, and we put those there for your convenience. Those linked Websites are their own thing—we don't control what's on them. So we're not making any promises about how accurate, up-to-date or complete the information on those sites is. When we link to something, that doesn't mean we're sponsoring it, endorsing it, affiliated with it, or have any legal right to use the trademarks, names, marks, designs, logos or copyrighted materials that show up there. If you notice an external link that doesn't seem right, let us know.

PRIVACY

We take your privacy seriously. Check out our Privacy Policy to see exactly what we do with your personal information—how we collect it, use it, share it, and keep it safe.

CHANGES AND TERMINATION

The Company can modify or shut down the Website (or parts of it) whenever we want, whether that's temporary or permanent, and we might not give you a heads up. These Terms of Service can change at any time, and we'll let you know by posting the updated version here. It's your job to check back on these Terms regularly and look at the "Last Update" date. If you keep using the Website after we make changes, that means you're accepting the new Terms. If you're unhappy with what we've written, our policies, or the Website Content, your option is to stop using it.

APPLICABLE LAWS

These Terms of Service follow the laws of the Province of Ontario and of Canada, and any disputes get handled by a court in Ontario. If something in these Terms turns out to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, it gets separated out and doesn't mess with the rest of the agreement. These Terms of Service, plus all the legal notices on the Website including the Privacy Policy, make up the whole deal between you and the Company about how you use the Website and Content.
